We didn’t grow up in real estate. We didn’t inherit a construction company. And we definitely didn’t have investors handing us money.

What we had was a 9-5 job, a hunger for something more, and the willingness to bet on ourselves. Ruben is the builder. Arthur is the developer. Two brothers who started exactly where you are right now, watching other people build wealth while we traded our hours for a paycheck, wondering if there was a way out of the grind that didn’t mean gambling everything.

So we took the leap. We found our first lot, figured out the permits, and learned financing the hard way, building our first home while still clocking in every day. We got the numbers wrong before we got them right. We ate the mistakes, wrote down what worked, and turned it into a process we could run again. It was not easy. We risked our savings, our time, and our family’s future. But we never looked back.

That first house became a second, then a subdivision, then deals in states we had never set foot in. Working out of our office in Washington, we grew it into $84M+ developed and sold, 250+ doors built, and 1,000+ residential lots, with projects in 17 states. Not with a family name or a war chest, but with a repeatable system and a lot of reps.

Along the way people kept asking the same question: how did you actually do it? So we started documenting every build, foundation to finish, and teaching the exact steps we use.
